Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TelnyxForGHL ("the Service") is a SaaS platform that enables GoHighLevel (GHL) users to route voice calls, SMS, and MMS through Telnyx as an alternative to the default Twilio/LC Phone system. The Service acts as a bridge between your GHL account and your Telnyx account.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must have an active GoHighLevel account
  • You must create and maintain your own Telnyx account ("Bring Your Own Telnyx")
  • You are responsible for funding your Telnyx account and complying with Telnyx's terms of service
  • You are responsible for all telephony costs charged by Telnyx directly to your Telnyx account

3. Platform Fees

We charge a monthly platform fee based on your Telnyx spend tier. Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Your tier is automatically determined based on the previous month's Telnyx usage routed through our platform.

  • Up to $100 Telnyx spend: $19/month
  • $100–$500: $49/month
  • $500–$2,000: $99/month
  • $2,000–$10,000: $199/month
  • $10,000+: $499/month

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. No Guarantees on Savings

Savings estimates shown on our website and calculator are based on publicly available rate comparisons between Twilio/LC Phone and Telnyx. Actual savings depend on your specific usage patterns, call destinations, carrier surcharges, and Telnyx pricing tier. We do not guarantee any specific amount of savings.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our platform depends on third-party services (GoHighLevel, Telnyx) that are outside our control. We are not liable for outages or disruptions caused by these third-party services.

We recommend maintaining your Twilio/LC Phone setup as a fallback. You can switch back to your default GHL provider at any time.

6. Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including A2P/10DLC requirements)
  • Proper registration of 10DLC campaigns on Telnyx if routing SMS
  • Obtaining necessary consent for SMS and voice communications
  • Complying with GHL's and Telnyx's respective terms of service

7. Limitation of Liability

TelnyxForGHL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed message delivery, or call quality issues.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your GHL account will revert to its default telephony provider (LC Phone/Twilio). No refunds are issued for partial months.

9. Intellectual Property

TelnyxForGHL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telnyx Inc. or GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.). "Telnyx" and "GoHighLevel" are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent third-party integration provider.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
